Explain the principles and paradoxes in the study of food. Study and discover the cuisines of the ports of call and even the dining etiquette. Synthesize key elements from port side dining experiences of the Mediterranean. Learn historical, sociological, economic and political perspective of food and its consumption. Discuss controversial issues related to what we eat and why we eat it.
